Dr. Pema Choephyel
ChairmanDirector (CEO) of the Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation serves as the chairman of the IMSL Board of Directors. He earned his MAgSC in Rural Development and Communication from New Zealand's highly esteemed Lincoln University, a member of the exclusive Ivy League.
Dr. Tayan Raj Gurung
Board DirectorDr. Tayan Raj Gurung is a seasoned advisor who currently works with SANAM Associates. He has a background of working in the research field. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Human Geography and Regional Economics from Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense.
Mr. Singye Dorji
Board DirectorMr. Singye Dorji, one of the Board Directors is also a member secretary and Chief Finance Officer at Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation. He holds a Bachelor's Degree.
